1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days.

Peak Seasons: 3 to 4 weeks during high-demand periods like Black Friday or Christmas.

All orders are processed and prepared for transit within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

Yes, but you must act quickly. We offer a strict 12-hour window from the exact time your order was placed to request any cancellations or changes (such as updating your address, size, or color). After 12 hours, your order is finalized at our warehouse and cannot be modified.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only offer domestic shipping.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

5. What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs to our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that to keep our prices competitive, all Glimmerly items are unbranded and do not feature external logos.

6. When will I get a response to my email?

Our support team works Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). We respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
